After tuning several American and European cars, Vilner has now turned its focus on a Japanese model, the Mitsubishi Lancer EVO X. For this project, the Bulgarian tuning house joined forces with a company called Overdrive, which took over the performance upgrades.

As you can see in the two videos after the jump, (the exterior photo was shot before the light modifications), Vilner replaced the standard Lancer EVO X's headlamps and tail lights with brand new LED units.

Inside, the Bulgarian studio gave the Lancer a black leather upholstery treatment with white colored accents and stitching, along with a black alcantara roof lining and carbon trim on the steering wheel and gear lever. A pair of OMP front bucket seats and the piano black decorative trim round off the interior changes.

On its part, Overdrive fitted the Japanese sports sedan with carbon elements on the outside along with 18-inch Weds Sports alloy wheels, a Greddy exhaust system, an adjustable K-sport suspension and finished up with a power kit that boosts the 2.0-liter turbocharged engine's output to 400-horses.

contest mitsubishi lancer evo x rs red color

mitsubishi lancer evo x rs red made the long-awaited mitsubishi lancer evo x rs red official in Japan, releasing a spec sheet on the JDM version of its Lancer of Lancers. With a new 2.0-liter MIVEC four and a new (or, in some cases, improved) set of AWD drivetrain components — including a new twin-clutch transmission (SST) — and running gear, the car that taught a generation of boy-racer types what "yaw" means will debut at the equivalent of $30,388 ($32,605 with twin-clutch SST transmission). A stripped-down, weight-reduced RS competition model will go for $26,042. No word on US pricing. The SST automanual will debut in November. The company says, as always, the Evo's development goal is "to make the car as fast as possible, while also making it as safe to drive as possible." Simplicity is good.

The mitsubishi lancer evo x rs red, colloquially known as the Lancer Evo or Evo,[1] is a high-performance sedan manufactured by mitsubishi lancer evo x rs red. There have been ten official versions to date, and the designation of each model is most commonly a roman numeral. All use two litre, turbocharged engines and four-wheel drive systems.

The mitsubishi lancer evo x rs red was originally intended only for Japanese markets, but demand on the "grey import" market led the Evolution series to be offered through Ralliart dealer networks in the United Kingdom and in various European markets from around 1998. mitsubishi lancer evo x rs red decided to export the eighth generation Evolution to the United States in 2003 after witnessing the success Subaru had in that market with their Impreza WRX, a direct competitor in other global regions
