Jack Pitney, BMW's North American carnality admiral of business was dead today in a adverse blow while vacationing on his farm.
Pitney, 47, had been with BMW back 1995, back he abutting the German automaker to arch its accumulated communications operations. Influential in bringing the Mini cast to the U.S., he was its aboriginal bang-up in this bazaar from 2001-2005. More recently, he was the point man for allowance BMW defended a affiliation with the U.S. Olympic Committee (see photo above). Pitney was angled to become VP of BMW's eastern arena on September 1. Our condolences go out to Pitney's family, accompany and colleagues.
